For Java Candidates:

• Candidates must have completed training in their respective skill set (e.g.: Java/J2EE) 
• Good understanding of Core Java, OOPS, Data Structure Certification in Java is added advantage 
• Willing to learn new technologies 
• Good analytical and logical skills Candidates must have good verbal and written communication skills.

For PHP Candidates:

• Should have good knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery 
• Should have good knowledge in PHP with open source frameworks 
• Should have strong spoken and written communication skills Fast Learner, very good interpersonal skills
